Everydae Prenatal Vitamins Review: Prices, Doses, Refunds
Everydae prenatal and postnatal vitamins are made in Canada for every stage of motherhood. We check real prices, doses, subscriptions and the refund rules.
Prenatal vitamins are one of the few supplements many doctors actively suggest, which makes the shelf crowded and the marketing loud. Everydae was founded in 2022 by Tiana Kelly, a nutritionist who started the brand after her own difficult postpartum months. The range is small: a prenatal, a postnatal, an omega-3 and a stress-support blend. The brand says all are made in British Columbia and licensed by Health Canada. Everydae prenatal vitamins look clean and considered, but it is still worth reading the labels, the subscription terms and the refund rules before you buy.

What does the Everydae range cost?
Prices below are for US shoppers in US dollars. Canadian customers see higher prices in Canadian dollars. Each bottle is a 30-day supply:
- Mama Expecting prenatal multivitamin (90 capsules, three a day): $46.
- Mama Support postnatal multivitamin: $42.
- Mood (60 capsules, two a day): $42.
- Essential DHA omega-3 (60 softgels, two a day): $32.
- Prenatal Essentials Bundle (Mama Expecting + Essential DHA): $70.20.
- Postpartum Recovery Bundle (Mama Support + Mood): $75.60.
The bundles show crossed-out prices of $78 and $84. These are simply the two bottles bought separately, so the 10% saving is real rather than an inflated “was” price. Orders over $70 ship free within the US and Canada.
What is actually in the bottles?
Everydae says its formulas were developed with naturopathic doctors and are triple-tested by independent labs. It also says they are made in an NSF-certified, FDA-registered facility. Note that the NSF certification applies to the facility, not to each individual product. Full supplement facts panels are published on every product page, which is more than many brands offer.
Mama Expecting contains 23 vitamins and minerals. These include folate as L-methylfolate (1,360mcg DFE), 300mg of choline, 16.5mg of iron as bisglycinate and 150mcg of iodine. It also has 40mg of vitamin B6, which is 2,000% of the daily value. The brand adds the extra B6 for pregnancy nausea. That is still below the 100mg adult upper limit set by US health authorities, but it is well above a standard multivitamin. Mention it to your midwife or doctor, especially if you take anything else for nausea. Three capsules a day is also more than some people want to swallow.

Mama Support is the postnatal version, with less folate and iron and a higher dose of biotin. It is designed for the months and years after birth, including while breastfeeding. Essential DHA provides 500mg of DHA and 100mg of EPA from Norwegian fish oil, flavoured with orange oil. The softgels are made from bovine gelatin, so they are not suitable for vegetarians. Mama Expecting and Mood are labelled vegan.
Is Everydae Mood suitable during pregnancy?
Treat this one with care. Mood combines ashwagandha, myo-inositol, L-theanine, maca and magnesium. Everydae positions it for postpartum life and beyond, not for pregnancy. Ashwagandha is commonly advised against during pregnancy. The brand’s own FAQ also notes that research on herbal ingredients during breastfeeding is limited, and it recommends checking with your healthcare provider first. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking thyroid medication or taking any medication for mood, speak to a doctor before trying it. Feeling persistently low after birth is a reason to talk to a professional, not just to buy a supplement.

How do subscriptions, shipping and refunds work?
Subscriptions offer three options: monthly delivery at 10% off, a three-month supply at 20% off, or a six-month supply at 25% off. All include free shipping. The longer plans charge for the whole supply upfront: six months of Mama Expecting costs $207 in one payment. You can skip, pause or cancel through the customer portal, and Everydae says it emails a reminder three days before each renewal.
Standard delivery within the US and Canada takes two to six business days after one to two days of processing. Express delivery takes one to three business days. Everydae ships from centres in both countries, and international orders take roughly seven to 14 business days.
The refund policy is narrower than it first sounds. Because supplements are consumable, Everydae does not accept physical returns. Its happiness guarantee covers first-time orders only, within 30 days of delivery, and is limited to one bottle per formula. A $10 shipping fee is deducted from the refund. Later subscription deliveries cannot be refunded. If you want to try a six-month plan, start with a single bottle to see whether the formula suits you.
Who are Everydae prenatal vitamins for?
Everydae suits parents in the US or Canada who want a short, well-documented range with clear labels and sensible bundles. Mama Expecting and Essential DHA cover the basics for pregnancy, and Mama Support follows on after birth. It is not a budget option, and the refund rules reward caution. Show any label to your doctor or midwife before you start, particularly Mood. If that all fits, Everydae is a thoughtful place to build a pregnancy or postpartum supplement routine.
