Enjox Review: App-Controlled Toys, Privacy and Prices

Enjox makes app-controlled intimate wellness toys for couples who live apart. We check real prices, app privacy claims, discreet shipping and returns. 18+.

Adults only: this review is for readers aged 18 and over.

Distance is hard on any relationship, and video calls only go so far. Enjox is a sexual wellness brand built around that problem. Run by Lisp Limited, a Hong Kong company, it says it started in 2018 after its founder spent two years in a long-distance relationship. Enjox app-controlled toys pair with a free phone app, so a partner can adjust settings from the same room or another country. The hardware specs are solid and the privacy promises are strong. Some of those promises, and the returns policy, deserve a closer look before you buy.

What does Enjox sell, and what does it cost?

The range is small: five devices, a lubricant and spare parts. Prices on 29 October 2026, during a “Halloween Sale”, were:

  • Mash, a compact bullet vibrator: $49
  • Boom, a beginner-friendly unisex plug: $69
  • Kite, a wearable vibrator that comes with an adjustable panty: $79
  • Yami, the flagship couples’ device for long-distance use: $99
  • BoomPro, a unisex plug that adds mild electro-stimulation: $109
  • Water-based lubricant (100ml): $16, or $8 when added to a toy order

Every listing shows a crossed-out price roughly double the selling price, and the sale countdown read zero when we checked. Treat the lower figure as the real price. Spare charging cables cost $8.

How does the Enjox app work for long-distance couples?

Each device connects by Bluetooth 5.0 to the Enjox Remote app for iPhone and Android. Close up, you get intensity sliders, preset and custom patterns, a music-sync mode and a sound-activated mode. For long-distance use, the app sends a partner’s commands over Wi-Fi or mobile data, and the toy then follows them in real time. All the devices also have on-board buttons, so the app is optional.

On specs, the toys are made from body-safe silicone (the brand says it is medical-grade and phthalate-free). Kite, Mash, Boom and BoomPro are rated IPX7 waterproof. Yami’s spec sheet just says “waterproof”. Enjox quotes a maximum noise level of about 45 dB, which is roughly a quiet library. Battery life varies by intensity: Kite runs for 100 to 210 minutes, Yami for 80 to 150 and the small Mash for 50 to 70. Each takes around an hour to recharge.

How private are Enjox app-controlled toys?

This is where the marketing goes further than the paperwork. The homepage promises an “end-to-end encrypted app”, and the Awin profile mentions “secure encryption”. However, Enjox’s security page only describes standard HTTPS/TLS encryption for website and app traffic. That protects data in transit, but it is not the same as end-to-end encryption. The privacy policy, updated in June 2026, does not mention end-to-end encryption at all.

The app-store labels also disagree. Google Play says the app collects no data. Apple’s label says it may collect your email address, linked to your identity. Neither app has had an update since December 2024. Google Play ratings average 3.5 from 46 reviews, while the App Store shows 4.1 from 24. If privacy matters most to you, register with an email address you keep for this kind of account.

What are Enjox’s shipping, returns and warranty terms?

Discretion is handled well. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no return address and no signature required. Your card statement shows a generic company name and a random code rather than “Enjox”. You can also use a nickname as the recipient name. Shipping is free on orders over $110 to the US, Canada, Australia, Germany and other major markets, and takes two to five business days. We could not find the charge for smaller orders.

Returns are stricter than the “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” badge suggests. Only unopened items with the plastic seal intact can go back within 30 days. You need an authorisation number from support@enjox.com, you pay the postage to a US returns address, and there is a 20% restocking fee. In the UK and EU, the 14-day right to cancel does not cover sealed intimate products once they are opened. Opened items are covered only by the one-year warranty. Enjox replaces faulty units at its discretion and needs the serial number and photo or video proof of the fault. The site also mentions a “10-year quality guarantee” but does not define it.

Who are Enjox toys best suited to?

Enjox makes most sense for couples who spend long stretches apart and want something simple to set up. At $49 to $109, it is mid-priced for app-controlled devices. Mash is a low-cost way to test the app, while Yami is built for long-distance use. Buy carefully, because you will not be able to return it once it is open. If the app’s privacy matters most, rely on the security page rather than the homepage slogan. On those terms, Enjox offers a practical, discreet way to stay close.
